How reviews work here, and how this site is paid

• Grey Wolf Research earns money from some of the businesses reviewed on this page. We receive affiliate commissions on some purchases made through links on this site, and some suppliers pay for advertising placement.
• Payment does not affect ranking. Listing order across this site is produced entirely by the filters and sorting you choose. No supplier can pay to rank higher, to raise its rating, or to have a review removed.
• Reviews are not edited for sentiment. Negative reviews are published on the same terms as positive ones. Submissions are rejected only for spam, for naming or identifying another person, or for defamatory content — criteria that are written down and applied the same way regardless of the rating given.
• Every rating is shown with the number of reviews behind it. Ratings are never held back until some minimum is reached. A rating drawn from two reviews is published as a rating drawn from two reviews, and the count sits beside the figure everywhere it appears.
• Reviews are anonymous, and we do not keep your email address. Submitting requires a working email so a one-time code can be sent. The address is used to verify that code and is then discarded. What is retained is a one-way fingerprint derived from it, which cannot be turned back into an address — it exists only so the same person cannot review the same business twice.
• One review per business, per person. There is no limit on how many different businesses you review. The limit exists to stop a single person repeatedly rating one business up or down.
• Ratings cover service, not outcomes. Reviews of research use only and international bulk suppliers are star ratings only, with no written comments. Compounds listed on this site are sold by third parties for laboratory research only, are not for human consumption, and have not been evaluated or approved by the FDA. Nothing on this page is medical advice, and Grey Wolf Research does not manufacture, sell, distribute, prescribe, or fulfill any product.
